The Enhancement Crew Leader ensures that the work done is of quality and according to the standards of Elite Grounds. Complete your work in the amount of time and in a way that is safe for you, your team members, and customers.
Pay is between $18.00 to $24.00 based on experience. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday. Some Saturday work may be requested.

Responsibilities:
• Follow a schedule (Crew Leader)
• Follow and conduct all safety inspections and procedures (Crew Leader)
• Turn in damaged equipment to be fixed daily
Skill Set:
• Landscape installation experience preferred but not required
• Willing to learn if you don’t have the experience
• Construct rock/stone gardens, raised planter boxes, and flagstone pathways
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs
Install or upgrade sprinkler systems
• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
• Be detail-oriented
• Able to work with a crew member
